STEPHEN KWAN (CEO & FOUNDER)
Dr. Stephen Kwan is an engineer, aviator, author, and educator with a passion for solving real-world problems.

He holds degrees in four engineering disciplines along with a degree in theology. Steve is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) for both helicopters and airplanes and previously served as a helicopter mechanic with the U.S. Army during operations in Iraq. His aviation and mechanical background directly inform the design philosophy behind The Crystal Mic and other OSEI products.

Beyond engineering and aviation, Steve is also an author. He has written several books on Koine Greek and has authored multiple educational pamphlets and reference guides for professionals in the medical, legal, and accounting fields. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to clarity, precision, and practical knowledge—whether in the cockpit, classroom, or professional practice.

Outside of work, Steve is a devoted parent who enjoys healthy cooking, fitness, lifelong learning, and building tools that help others perform at their best.
